We’re expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our growth.
Role Overview
As an SDR at MioCommerce, you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers. Your role is to generate qualified leads, educate prospects, and book product demos for our Account Executives. You’ll become an expert in how service businesses operate and how MioCommerce solves their biggest pain points.
This is an ideal role for someone who is hungry to grow in SaaS sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about helping small businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage potential customers.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on business type, needs, and readiness to adopt Miocommerce.
- Clearly articulate Miocommerce’s value proposition and how our platform improves operations for home-service businesses.
Book high-quality product demos for Account Executives. - Maintain accurate and organized lead data in our CRM. Knowledge of HubSpot is a definite plus
- Hit and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified meetings, and pipeline generated.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, targeting, and lead quality.
- Learn the MioCommerce product deeply to educate prospects and identify opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in an SDR or outbound sales role (SaaS experience is a strong asset).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Persistence, self-motivation, and a willingness to pick up the phone.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rapid experimentation.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and communicate solutions effectively.
- Coachable and excited to learn modern sales techniques.
- Experience selling to SMBs or home-service companies is a plus.
