MioCommerce was created to solve a problem we knew all too well—running a service business isn’t easy. Our founders, who also ran Buonaliving, a successful home cleaning company in Montreal, Canada, faced the daily grind of managing bookings, customer interactions, and operations. They knew there had to be a better way.

From a simple tool to a complete solution

In 2019, what started as an in-house booking tool to streamline Buonaliving’s operations quickly became something much bigger. When other service businesses began asking for the same solution, we realized we had something special. Then, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and the need for digital tools became urgent for businesses everywhere.
